The first thing I looked for was FILM
I must have misunderstood. This app will not help me find a book in the library, at least not readily. I searched for a book titled Film but first I had to know that film belongs to Arts and recreation. That makes sense. Then I had to know the subcategory, I picked sports games and entertainment thinking it might be one of those. Next I had to pick from another large group of options and since I already knew that the book would be in the 791 range I picked Public performances because you cant watch a film in private. Ah...there it is, Motion Pictures. Goodbye free app, it was a brief relationship.

Searchable Dewey!
I very much appreciate being able to search by topic or Dewey number. Ive spent 30 years in libraries using the Library of Congress classification system, and am now re-learning the Dewey system. I could have used this app at work yesterday, but am happy to now have it in my toolkit. If this app was updated to be optimized for the iPad Retina display, I would give it 5 stars.

Great! But Search function limited
Very handy while browsing at the library. Wish the search function would include more than just the official categories. For example, including cheetahs instead of just mammals. Searching for cheetahs should direct you to the mammals section instead of giving no results
